Keeping Concordia Park clean & beautiful - one bag of trash at a time
The mission of Friends of Concordia Park is to increase the vibrancy, safety, and beauty of the Frick neighborhood in East Oakland by maintaining and caring for our local public space, Concordia Park. We host weekly clean-ups, park beautification events, community gatherings, and advocate for street and safety improvements.

Report illegal dumping around Concordia Park, or anywhere in Oakland, using the 311 app. Each report helps bring attention and resources from the City to keep our neighborhood clean.
As of January 29th, we have picked up 304 bags of trash (~6,080 lbs) at and around the park.
Every cleanup helps restore our park's beauty and builds pride in our neighborhood.
We'd love to have you join the Friends of Concordia Park crew!
We always meet at 3000 62nd Ave.
